Diesel Floater: Transparent Calculation Based on Current Diesel Prices

The diesel floater ensures fair and transparent transport costs. The basis is the average diesel price of the previous month – transparent and including VAT.

Basis

The calculation of the diesel floater is based on the Aral Floater statistics. The basis of the calculation is the value from two months prior, starting from €1.20 net per liter. Each +/- 1 cent corresponds to +/- 0.1% surcharge or discount.
Example: €1.363 net per liter = €1.363 - €1.20 = €0.163 difference = 1.63% surcharge.
