About us

Cross-border logistics with character

Swiss Post Cargo is a leading transport and logistics company in Switzerland and the surrounding economic areas. We make a major contribution towards securing logistics chains, and we connect companies to national and international goods flows.

For our customers in industry and retail, we offer worldwide connections by road, rail, air and sea.

For a strong economy

Properly functioning goods flows and supply chains are essential for people − and especially for companies. As such, companies are being guided less and less by national borders, and increasingly by their customers and production sites.

Partnership and transparency

Partnerships and transparent communication are fundamental to our value proposition. We know what matters to our customers, and we consistently put their needs front and center. For sustainable, forward-looking cooperation with our partners.

That little bit extra for our customers

Our Swiss heritage shapes us: reliability, quality and pragmatic problem-solving are at our core. Of particular importance to us are partnerships and clear, forward-looking communication.

Whether through our track and trace service or through personal interaction, our employees speak the language of our customers and are there to offer a helping hand.

Individual solutions to individual challenges

We offer our customers flexible, end-to-end logistics solutions from a single source, including warehousing, customs clearance and delivery. Drawing on reliable processes, in-depth customs clearance expertise and digital interfaces, we integrate ourselves seamlessly into our customers’ individual systems.

Making headway with innovation, always keeping sustainability in mind

Innovation is Swiss Post Cargo’s bread and butter. We compile our range flexibly and tailor it to individual requirements − and we find new solutions if needed. We are constantly testing innovative products and services so they can be reliably introduced.

We are working hard to reach Swiss Post’s climate targets with our commitment to decarbonize our fleet of vehicles. Facilities such as charging points are available to our staff in our carbon-neutral new builds, our aim being to promote e-mobility.

Our values

Customer-focused: we look for solutions that are right for our customers. As such, we are constantly evolving and adapting our services and processes.
Trustworthy: we appreciate our contacts, are reliable partners and always act respectfully.
Committed: we love our work and achieve excellent results.
