InTraLog Hermes is now part of Swiss Post Cargo and operates internationally as a forwarding and logistics service provider with comprehensive solutions for transport in Europe and worldwide air, sea and rail transport.

With a broad range of services in international transport, forwarding and customs clearance, InTraLog Hermes organizes goods flows along the entire logistics chain. The focus is on European land transport, with transport processing and customs clearance closely interlinked.

This service is complemented by global transport solutions via air, sea and rail connections, as well as cross-trade transport and international project transport. InTraLog Hermes takes care of holistic transport planning, consulting and management – from choice of the optimal transport solution to customs clearance and from documentation to the ongoing monitoring of consignments. This enables customers to benefit from a central point of contact for worldwide transport and efficient one-stop processing.

These competencies are systematically pooled and will continue to be operated within Swiss Post Cargo. Customers benefit from a stronger network, expanded transport solutions and even more efficient management of international goods flows. Continuity is ensured: existing contact persons, processes and services will remain in place.

The brand identity will gradually switch to that of Swiss Post Cargo.

How does this affect my service?

Your service will remain unchanged. You will continue to benefit from the usual level of quality, reliability and existing advantages, as well as from an expanded range of services if required. We are also working on optimized processes to offer you even more efficient and flexible solutions in future.

Will there be any changes to my invoices?

Yes, from 18 May 2026, all invoices will have the new brand identity of Swiss Post Cargo. The content and contractual conditions will, however, remain unchanged.

Is there anything I need to do?

No, there is essentially nothing you need to do as a customer. All existing contracts, logins and contacts will remain unchanged. If there is a need for action in isolated cases, we will inform you in writing.

Can I still get in touch with my previous contacts?
