Swiss-Express “Day”

• Provide consignment data

  You send the consignment data for an express delivery with the “Manage Innight consignments” online service or via EDI interface.

• Have consignment collected

  You prepare your goods. Then we’ll collect them the night before from Monday to Friday in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, the Principality of Liechtenstein and in Switzerland.

• Clear goods through customs

  We handle export and import customs clearance directly at our sites.

• Express delivery

  We deliver your express consignments on working days throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

• Have returns, containers and recycling material collected

  We take care of any empty, return or other containers and packaging materials, either for recycling or return shipment.

We will deliver your consignment against signature the next working day – by 5 p.m. throughout Switzerland, and by 12 noon in the Swiss plateau on request.

We ensure:

• Process-compliant goods delivery as specified by the customer
• Paperless processing of your order
• Data transfer via Swiss-Express Web or EDI interface
• Easy returns processing
• Notification of delivery by telephone, e-mail or SMS

• Goods that a driver can handle using a trolley or pallet truck.
• Goods with a maximum length of 300 cm and a maximum girth of 400 cm.
• Goods weighing up to a maximum of 62.5 kg per transport unit (heavier weights upon request).
• Express transport without packaging and of bulky goods is also possible.
• Goods that are packaged securely for transportation and the nature of which does not constitute a threat to the environment or to the health and safety of Swiss Post’s employees.
• Dangerous goods up to 1,000 ADR points.
