Service in detail
We collect consignments from Monday to Friday in Switzerland and its neighbouring countries. We make deliveries from Monday to Saturday throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Transfer your order details to us conveniently via the customer portal or EDI interface. You also have the option of pre-collection via the Small consignments service through a separate order.
The installation service is available for goods not covered by the provisions on dangerous goods. Goods under the limited quantity (“LQ”) exemption are also excluded. The items must be packaged safely for transport and must not pose a threat to employee health and safety or to the environment.
The installation service offers transport, assembly and disposal: for instance, we can deliver a freezer straight to your cellar or assemble a sliding-door wardrobe in your child’s room and take the old wardrobe away with us.
